I switched to having mostly decafe about
2 weeks ago and not only have I noticed a marked positive difference regarding my moods but also I haven't been suffering from any headaches which I used to experience on a daily basis.
I very rarely drink alcohol and I love exercise. However, I also love sweet things too! Much more since I quit smoking nearly 2 years ago!! Oops!!! ;) I guess a treat every now and again is better than the dirty cigarettes!
