my Day was with a wonderful Psychiatrist

on MOnday I met with a dr psychiatrist.he was there 3 hours. He wants all the details......all about me how tall I am and weight.
then about my Fiance -----about how tired. all the time he didnt' give me bipolar meds. Then I to have blood work.
I need to be patients- he wants me to come back so he can make sure I have really bipolar. He is from another country,,, India and they slow about issues.

Charmry------long ago I went to a University and they tested me for Bipolar disorder.....it took 12 hours and said I had Bipolar.


I cant remember where I was tested. I am looking for it so I can give the results to the Psychiatrist

That would really help a great deal if you could find those results and give it to your psychiatrist so that he can prescribe you some bipolar meds to take. Hope you find it soon. Let us know and try to enjoy your weekend.

Caren, it sounds like your doc is doing a full evaluation. Sorry it's soo long.

I hope you will get a good diagnosis and your doc will help you.

I found out about the place that tested me... Oregon State University. I will call them on Monday-and get the results. of the testing when I was 37 years..

called this morning to get old records and they only 10 years back . so that was a dead end...

well I got a break through ------I went to a Banner hospital. and they are going t0 send for a stay
I had at a in Sun City WEst-hospital -----50 miles away------it was in 2009. I was attmited for two weeks...
and they said at that time I had Bipolar. 2009.....
the information with that information to my Psychiatrist in Tempe,az
