I would suggest you try something you distract you... Maybe sit and listen to some nice music or watch a nice movie.
If you still feel the same way, there are substitutes you can do:
- Hold some ice cubes in your hand.
- Punching a pillow
- Do you have bubble wrap at home? You can burst it.
- Write a letter to your hubby if you think he triggered the way you are feeling. In the letter let this person know they have made you felt. Be specific. You do not have to give them the letter.
I know it is tough when you feel these urges, but know that you can get through this. We care about you and we are here for you.
