Been having some flashbacks of things I thought were no big deal in my past, but apparently I never dealt with them properly, cuz they are tearing me up the last two days. Think I'm feeling better today tho. Was just weird and unexpected! Still raising lithium dosage, feeling fine so far. Have a group meeting tonight, looking forward to that. This weekend should be pretty uneventful, but that's ok! :) hope u are all doing well
