Having thoughts about my psych that are continuous and troublesome. He reminds me if someone from my past I love. Gah, I'm a flipping wreck,

I don't know, but I've gotten in a new heap of trouble. Went out drinking last night and ended up chipping my tooth and having the cops show up at the door after I got home. Now my doc wants me to do intensive outpatient therapy for alcohol since I can't seem to stay away from it. And they said I have to come off my klonopin if I do therapy there. Sigh.

I feel that is where I am headed, too, turtle. I'm going to do the program.

Audrianna, I am glad to hear you're going to do the program. I think this will be good for you. It will help you a lot.

Went through my second session last night. It's intense. I left wanting to drink, but I rented some movies and got pop and candy instead. Spent some time crying, but I made it. This is hard, I feel like I have so far to go. I guess that's why they have me there so many hours :) thanks for checkin.
