Gah, sleep has become a memory. I wake up at 3am each day and I'm antsy and jittery all day. I did just quickly jump my latuda dose, or I have the alcohol treatment thing going on. I'm thinking it could be the latuda pushing up and over? I dropped the dose a little, because the doc gave me a choice of heading up to 80 or 120. 120 might've been too much or too fast? Idk. I just wanna not feel like the day lasts for 72 hours! ;)

Glad you got out and got some stuff done, HT. hopefully we'll both be sleeping on the regular soon. What is this "alien" I keep hearing about

A lil weepy and jittery. Nice combo, eh? I see the psych tomorrow, but I'm not sure if its psych or not drinking. Overall tho, I feel more up and positive than when I was in the hospital, so I'm calling it a win.
