Lamictal Levels

I went to the ER a few days ago with chest pains and extreme dizziness, i felt off balance. I was feeling off balance for about a week. I also had and still have an irritability towards loud sounds, such as TV/radio, and bright lights. They said it was dehydration but they also did a catscan and lamictal levels. The lamictal level range is said to be 4.0-18.0, and mine was 1.6, i don't feel like it is working and i feel like i don't need it. I had insomnia for a couple months so they put me on trazodone and back on latuda. Im also on bp med Metoprolol SUCC ER, Vistaril, and Klonopin. My hemocrat and hemoglobin were high, and have been. I'm pretty sure that's because i smoke. Catscan was normal and the ekg was abnormal but they said it is normal because it hasn't change, i don't want to get into that right now, ive been doing supplements for my heart because i know something is wrong there.
They have me 2 liters of fluids for the dehydration
Anybody else have this low level of lamictal or experienced the symptoms i did? I still feel a little off balance, and irritable towards certain sounds/loud noises.
