i know the symptoms for hypomania & mania, but what are your *earliest* signal hat you are heading

it's just cyclical. each is different. expressive stimuli may present itself; but i am a rapid cycler, thus the signal switch trips ever so quickly. i am not in a marked status, i have type 1, rapid cycling bi-polar affective disorder. signals for early detection of a state, depressive, manic etc are clearly dependent on many factors. some elements that can be managed can reduce an early trigger, more so in the manic phase. this does take time to learn, and when you know your triggers, you can detect change and employ your task force for an assault on it.
