intense feelings

i was wondering if anybody else had a similar problem every now and then i get very strong intense feelings in the pit of my stomach horrible feelings hard to explain normally lasts for about 1to 2 weeks.

yes, I do. Mine lasts only about 30 or 40 minutes at a time, usually when I'm trying to go to sleep. It is hard to describe, not sure what its about...
