i started my ect today feel awful one hell of a headache plus feeling sick and tired all day but if it works it will be worth it.

I know you still feel pretty awful, but I have to say this post does sound a bit calmer than your last one. -- Am I right in thinking this? Hope so -- hope that's the first sign of your turn-around.
