     I am a 31 yr white female from Minnesota. First time in this forum room. I am fairly new to this site. I have Had BiPolar Disorder for 5 yrs now. I take Depoke ER, Zoloft, Serqoule. I am very stable with the medications that I am on. I have been on these medications for a long time now. Haven't had an serious side affects from the medications. Or have gone down hill badly. I have done real well so far. I have a great doctor. Thanks.

Welcome to you!

It's so nice to hear from someone with a story of success. I'm so glad that you have found such a good doctor and that you have come up with a meds combo that really works for you. Getting stable with bp is often tricky, but it can be done -- and posts like yours are a warm and welcome reminder that this is so -- a great gift to those who are still trying to find that balance.

I hope you'll feel comfortable in this forum and that you know you can post and join in as much as you like. -- We're very happy to have you here :)
