Is this normal.

Hello everyone, my first post was called Is this Bipolar behaviour where by I had discussed my ex having BP broke up with me with no warning and telling me he didn't know why he was doing what he was doing.  What I want to know is since the break up he has completely cut himself off from me in that he does not want to talk to me whatsoever and basically tells me that call him when I am ready to accept him dating someone else.    Since then I have heard that he as joined an online singles site where by he talks so many women and gives out his number to these women to call him....he has apparently given out his number to 15-20 women if not more.  The women could range from 27 to 40's.  Yet he won't accept a call from me.  Is this normal, is this a phase he is going through...can this be a manic episode?  Also when we first started dating..he told me he was diagnosed with a mild form of BP, in doing some research I found that a mild form of BP is called Cyclothymic. Does this mean he could have mild mood swings all the time...high or low? When he was with me he seemed to be on a high all the time..up until he lost his job..and then things changed..with us that is...also when we broke up 2 months after he called to tell me that he hated being angry with me and himself and was gonna try to be better in the new year.  What does this all mean...
