The time when all therapies are finished

I would like o hear other womens experience of their life quality when you are done with all therapies. I had to operations but still have a quite intact breast, no spreading, kemotherapi 6 times in 3 months, radiation 16 days, zoladex three years and tamoxifen 5 years. Now it is over with all medicines and I feel unprotected. I would like to hear experience also of stopping zoladex and tamoxifen. Does it get back to normal with weight, sexuality etc.
