Anyone who cannot do Oct. 21-23???

Anxious to pin down a date agreeable to the majority. It seems there are problems with the earlier weekends in October. Does anyone have a comflict with Oct. 21-23?? Lauri

This is fine with me, Lauri. Actually, any of them are, so I will just wait for the definate! Can't wait to see everyone! Peg V, want to share a room too? As I said, the more the merrier! I wonder if there are rooms with 2 rooms with 2 beds each, and the fold down couch? Mia do you know? L&H, Gail

Lauri: That is fine with me, but I will not be able to go any later in the year.  The first two week-ends are better, but this weekend can be worked out. Thanks for your hard work, Candy P.S.  Mia, I will be interested in a single room as my DH will probably be with me again this year.  Yea.

It is most likely as doable for me as any other. We can't get any later, tho or we could be getting into bad roads and nasty weather. I was hoping it would be autumn leaf time, but that is a little late for seeing the colors. Not that I haven't seen them many times, but in TX we do not have autumn color. LOL. The sooner we get the date nailed in, the better for everyone. So I hope everyone weighs in here. Hugs MK

Looks like we may have a date!! Mia, will you be our hotel contact person? We may need 15 or more rooms depending on who is coming and how many share a suite. You might check with Angela or one of the other Louisville girls to see how many rooms we used there. Lauri

PS I agree with MK, we don't want to do this any later in the month to avoid any possibly bad weather.

Seems ok for me too, but my brother is supposedly going to be married this year, and October-November could be it. No date yet, so I am certainly not going to hold every weekend open for him. But everyone should know that late October can be pretty dicey...roads should be fine, but temps can be pretty cold by then...or it could be 60 and sunny....no way to know this far ahead!

Has there been any thought to a September date? The weather would probably be alot better for being out and about, the lake winds can get pretty chilly. Just a thought.
