. . .You were wanting to meet Gail and I?  I'm going to meet up with Gail on Monday or Tuesday of next week.  Would you like to meet with us then?  Let me know what time would be good for you.  We can come to meet you if you have to work, or you can come up here to Santa Clarita, or we can meet somewhere in between.  We're easy.  LOL  Can't wait to meet you.  Please let me know what will work for you.  Gail and I are really excited!

I would love to meet you two, if you don't mind me crashing your get-together.  Monday I work, but Tuesday I'm off.  However, I have a regular doctor appt and rads that day.  That's at 3:30 and 4:30.  Were you 2 planning to meet in the evening?  Late morning would be good for me or evening, after my rads.  Meeting somewhere central to all of us would be best.  Just let me know what works for you two.  I'm looking forward to it!

OK, Kathy. We can meet on Tuesday. Would dinner be better? Maybe in Pasadena or Glendale? Or even Burbank or the Valley would be fine. We just want to meet you. Gail and I can't wait!!!! We'll go wherever you like. Make it easy for yourself. We're several years out of treatment but we still remember how tiring it is. Just let us know, and we'll be there. Di, you'll be there in spirit, my friend.

Oh don't worry about me.  I'm feeling my old self again.  Except today, for some reason, I'm a little depressed.  That's not like me!  I have to snap out of it.  Dinner would be great and so would Pasadena or Glendale.  Just name the place!

You probably know Glendale and Pasadena better than I do. I've eaten in a number of good restaurants in both, but can't remember the names of them. Must be chemo brain. I'll take Gail to the Galleria on Tuesday, and we can meet at any restaurant you like. Just name the place, we'll show up.

OK.  By the way, my DH asked if he can come too.  Do you mind?  I told him we'll probably talk about stuff he doesn't want to hear about, but he wants to come anyway.  I'll ask him for a good place to meet.  He's more knowledgeable about eateries in that area.

MK, you will be with us in spirit!  My DH will think of a place to meet, most likely near the Galleria.  Do you have any preference as to what type of restaurant?  Asian, Mexican, etc.?

I can eat anything but seafood, and Gail WILL eat anything but sushi. LOL So let us know where you'd like to meet and we'll be there. We are so excited!!! The rest of you will be there in spirit. BTW, I got a new camera today that I will try out. I'll send photos to anybody who wants them.

OK.  Here are the choices for dinner that would be the most convenient in Glendale:  Olive Garden, California Pizza Kitchen, or Islands.  Which would you prefer?
