Yes we are a good group! LOL  We are ages 30-70.  Maybe you looked at the roll call and saw where we live.  Some of us have been together over five years.  We have had several get togethers and met in person.  If you looked one post has pictures of us.  Please feel at home and feel free to ask questions, whine, vent, laugh or any other emotion you need to share. Hi and welcome Beth! We are a good group, I'll second that! I am 36 and in Michigan, currently over 5 years out! Hurray for you for being almost done with chemo, sounds like you have had a tough go of it. We definitely have been in your shoes, and no question is too silly....hope you jump right in and offer your support when you can, or ask for it when you need it!

Welcome to this great group of ladies!  Sorry you have to be part of this group.  I'm 45, live in So. Calif., diagnosed last Sept., mast, 1 positive node, chemo, rads.  I have 2 more rads to go and then hormone therapy.  This place has been a tremendous support for me during this journey.  No question is too silly or embarassing to ask.  Chances are someone has been through whatever it is.

Hi Beth! I'm Deb from Jeff City, Mo. (we're almost neighbors..lol) It sounds as though your current treatment is exactly what I had 5 yrs ago. This is a fantastic group of women. If you need us we will be there with pink feathers floating everywhere. Please don't be afraid to ask any question or come to share, vent or laugh.

HI Beth, so glad you found us. You just never know when you need someone to lean on whether it is BC related or not. We are here for each other through all the trials and triumphs that life offers. The door is always open and there is always room on the couch for someone else. I am Lauri, a 9 year survivor, and I live in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN. Glad to have you join us. Hugs, Lauri

Hi Beth K, I live in Nebraska so really we aren't too far from each other. I'm 45. Glad you joined us, I'm still a newbie too, but the girls here are great and have helped me alot. I was diagnosed in 2/05 with invasive ductal carcinoma. I had chemo A/C and taxol, then surgery, now getting radiation only have 3 weeks left and will be done with everything. Had 7 lymphnodes removed and they were neg. Welcome!!!.........skeeter1

Hi Beth,My name is Michelle.I'm 35, and was diagnosed in March of this year also.So far we have had a similar treatment plan, and I'am almost finished too. I've had 4 AC-3taxol/herceptin-and one more to go.My taxol was given dose dense.I will stay on herceptin for a year, and also have rads to do.This group has been a great help to me. I hope you find it to be just as helpful(I know you will)
