Ok as many as you know, my slides were not sent out for 6 weeks mad   after my masectomy.

Finally it came back...my surgeons nurse called and said It was 18 +

Almost 19??? confused At any rate, she said it was high for low but low for intermidiate.

She said it was up to me whether I want to see and oncologist to disuss chemo That it is a total "up to me " confused on whether I want chemo or not or just be on tamoxofin.

Since I have had cancer before (Thyroid and there is still risudual cancer there becasue they had to leave the parathyroid becasue of calcium and I have a sezure disorder), and they only took one breast I am totally confused.

I am supposed to see the oncologist in the next 2 days ...when ever they can fit me in...

My question is???????????????

What woud any of you do if you were in my position??????

Chemo or not???????

I don't know what 18+ means, so can't comment on that.  But, my opinion on chemo is - if it will improve chances of survival by any amount, I would do it.  I personally didn't have that bad a time with chemo (I was very lucky).  I know everyone handles it differently and there are many drugs out there, but I would fight with everything there is.  Only you can make the right decision for yourself.  Good luck!

I am going today to meet with the oncologist...I am writting down notes as I sit here.
I just hope I don't forget anything to ask.

I will let you know how it goes.

BY THE WAY>>>I a got 50cc fill today whooooohoooooooo my first time i only did 20 and I was in so much pain.
I didnt even want to go back.....But it was much better!
