I had to put my Mother in the hospital last night.  She had a stress test done and they wanted her admitted to the hospital immediately.  This morning they did a heart cath and discovered she has had a heart attack and has one artery 99.% blocked and another one somewhat blocked.  She is scheduled for angioplasty Friday morning.  The big problem is they are not sure when she had the heart attack and not sure if the damage can be corrected.  She is in good spirits and doing well all things considered.  If you could please say prayer for us Friday morning it would be most appreciated.

Sara, I am so sorry to hear this. You know I will certainly send prayers and thoughts for your mom and all of you. I know sometimes its harder to wait in the waiting room than to actually go through the procedure. Hope you feel us there holding your hands. L&H Joyce

Sara- I am so sorry for you & your mom... but now she's in the right place to get things taken care of, and I pray that everything goes smoothly and they can clear the blockage. You'll be in my prayers... good luck, and stay strong.

Prayers on their way. Thank goodness she was hospitalized and they can take care of her. A friend of mine in OH had somewhat the same experience she learned she had multiple heart attacks without realizing it. After heart surgery she lived many years and lost her life to lung cancer in her early 80s. There is every chance your mom will do fine and we will be here praying for her and for you all. Hugs MK

Prayers coming from GA with a lot of hugs for you, Sara. I am rapidly coming to the opinion that life just sucks. I hate to hear of anyone getting ill right now. Know that we are with you through all of this.

You ladies are the greatest! Thank you so much for your thoughts, well wishes and prayers. You have made my day. I am going to print this thread and the other one to share with her. Tomorrow will be so much easier knowing all of you are with me. I will keep an eye out for those pink feathers. Thank you all so much you are all so very special to me. Love you all so much! I guess I was a day off on last night's post. My grandkids were here and somehow I was thinking it was Friday because the oldest one is leaving to go back to Milwaukee this morning. So I guess by now we have all been on the PCE and landed in KY. I am glad I figured it out before getting left behind. Hope and pray all is going well in surgery which is probably going on about now. We're there holding your hand Sara, even if you can't see us. Hugs and prayers today, MK
