I don't know any other information but thought someone else might. Steve saw a report yesterday about it. It is injected, goes to the cancer cells or tumor? and takes the place of chemotherapy. It is being tried in humans for some types of cancer. If it is in mice, I do not pay attention anymore. I am so sick of those healthy mice. I will try to find out more information if I can. L&H, Di

I saw the story on the National news the other day. Some of the research is being done right here at U of M. It is being tested for lymphoma, and they mentioned starting to study it for colon and 2 other cancers, did not mention breast. The radiation is injected and goes right to the cancer cells, not harming the other ones, and no hair loss! Sounds promising....

You may check cancer.org or umich.med.edu for their cancer center...

There are some docs here in Little Rock who are working on this. Here is the link. Apparently this treatment would take the place of radiation following lumpectomy. Sounds really interesting. I know Dr. Klimberg because her daughters went to school with Hannah.
