I found out mine developed before I started taking Arimidex. Mine is in my left thumb, I am right handed. Just recently too (left hand also) my thumb, 1st & middle finger have more of a tingling sensation. I never got rid of the neuropathy in my fingers & toes after chemo because I smoke. But it is not as bad as it was while and right after I finished chemo. I did get a shot in my thumb back when the trigger finger was going on, but it only lasted about 4 months. That was one of the most painfullest shots I have ever gotten.
