I had the biopsy on Tuesday. After hearing no results, I called today and the hospital where it was done told me that the results were back but that the people reading the biopsy wanted to send it out for a second opinion due to a 1mm area of concern. Then my doctor's office calls me and says the results are in and the doctor would be calling me to discuss them! I told the nurse who called what the hospital had told me and she knew nothing about
it! I am waiting for my doctor (actually she is a NP) to call me back to explain all this! So I still don't have a definitive answer and waiting through the weekend will truly suck! I just want to know what's going on! Frustrated is putting it lightly.
