Radiologist says ok on to Sacramento

There was a medium sized spot at about seven o'clock and the tech did a real squasher, and took a new picture.  He said it was ok come back next year.  I asked him if he was sure.  He said yes.  I asked not six months and he said no next year.  Phew.  My daughter was certainly glad to hear that, too.  Now I need to call the other one, but I wanted to make sure we were on the PCE going west as quickly as possible.  We got a late start with this stop, someone ahead of me took a long time.  I sure hope she is all right.  Hugs MK

What great news! Prayers answered. I hope that you had time for a little celebration with your dd before boarding the PCE.

A feeling of relief, is it not??? Great news!!! P.S. I make sure they schedule ALL my mammograms as diagnostic now, since they screwed up once and scheduled a screening, and of course, that was the time a mass "showed up." So when they call to confirm my appts now, I just confirm that I'm scheduled for a diagnostic and not a screening. Saves some "worry time" for those who don't exactly heed MK's advice!!!

Hip hip hooray! Great news! See, a repeat mammo may just mean there was a blur or shadow, there are so many other things it can be! So glad it was a big old nothing for you!

That is such a relief to hear, but again - are YOU sure you don't want to check it out further?  If it is a spot - can they feel anything?  Am hoping my spot compression comes out as good as yours.

The spot was close to the surface at about seven o'clock. There is nothing I can feel but you can be sure I will keep watching and checking. LOL. How much more time til we hear about your call back? Prayer and PCE for Kitty. Hugs MK
