Prayers, please, for my DSIL

I would appreciate prayers very much. I just got a call that my sister-in-law is in intensive care. She has double pneumonia,

a muscle disease that almost prevents her from clearing her lungs, and a sugar count of over 400. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance. She and my brother have one of the best marriages I've seen. They both are so caring of each other. I'm so worried. Love,Di

I'm praying real hard for her, Di.  her family and you too.  I hope she gets through this okay.

Adding my prayers and positive thoughts, too. I hope by today she is much improved. It sounds pretty scary with a muscle disease not to be able to clear her lungs. Imagine how that must feel. Hugs for you and your whole family. MK

Thank you all very much. I will keep you posted. I just sent her a teddy bear, but that doesn't make up for the fact that she was supposed to go and see Donnie Osmond this weekend. She thinks thinks she is going to go. On the plus side, it is motivation for her to get well. Right now, we are all very worried. Love and Hugs, Di

Hello,

Thank you again. Elizabeth is still in intensive care. They have gotten her blood sugar down but the pneumonia is still there. She is wearing a mask on her face for breathing, and if this doesn't clear them, they will have to put a tube in her lungs to get them clear. I have never heard of that with pneumonia. Still very worried. My brother and her mom have been sleeping at the hospital. Love and Hugs, Di
