New job for DH

DH starts a new job on Monday.  I am so happy he's found this.  He was miserable in his old job.  They treated him like a kid and then 'claimed' they didn't want him to go!  Do you believe that?  His boss was a real arrogant a__.  Anyway, he will be working for a Japanese mortuary here that most of the Japanese community uses.  They will start him at the ground level learning everything and work up to be an arrangement counselor.  The pay is better, but most importantly, it will make him FEEL better about his work.  He has wanted something meaningful.  We both worked for the largest cemetery/mortuary for a while and he really enjoyed it, but working on 100% commission just didn't cut it. 

 

Meanwhile, I'm STILL waiting to hear about the Rad Tech program.  The very last day I have a chance is 6/19, so keep your fingers crossed for me.

So glad to hear that your hubby has found a new job, it is horrible having to go to work at a job you dislike. I have been blessed to have a job I love.

I was wondering when you would hear about your rad tech program, dont worry you will get it. Is there anyway you can contact them? or do you just have to wait for an answer.

Im finally feeling human again! I thought I would never get back to my old self again. I have been back to work for 2 weeks and that has helped. I think the seroma is finally drying up, I have had it drained twice and it is finally is going down some.

Oh, I'm glad to hear that!  Finally!

 

I have contacted the head of the program already (several times).  I just have to wait and hope someone doesn't show up on the first day of class.
