New Book

There is a new book out that I read called "The New Fibromyalgia Remedy". It was written by a Dr. who suffered from chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia and talks about the treatment of antivirals and diet. Its really good. I don't suffer from Fibromyalgia but have suffered from Anxiety and Panic disorder and looked into Chronic Fatigue and read up on it as I was always tired and have had mono numerous times. I would suggest it to everyone hear. I got mine from ordering it online, but like I said, it's a great book. A quick read but with a lot of information that is easily understood!
