Hi i would like to make people aware of using sweetners and foods that contain sweetners, especially Aspartame which is in most diet foods and fizzy pop. I used sweetners for around 15yrs in my tea. I had a heavy job in a factory and thought it was this that was making my joints painful and sore. I was taking co-proxamol pain killers every day just to get me through the shift at work. Even when i was on holiday away from work i was in pain so thought it could not be the job. My pain was so severe that i could not even pull the duvet over me in bed without suffering severe pain in my arms. One day i picked the paper up and there was an article about
sweetners saying how bad they were and all the side effects they cause such as headaches, painful joints and muscles just to name a few. The article said to do a 60 day detox which i did, magic, the pains went away and i was healed and never had to take the pain killers again. I tried the sweetners again and within a few days i had the pains again. I try to avoid sweetners if i can but sometimes you eat things and don't know that they contain sweetners unless you read the packaging. In America they have detox clinics for aspartame, have a look and see the dangers of this artificial chemical.
