Hi Kristy,
I think what you are having is a hemiplegic headache. I have had the same thing and ended up in the ER thinking I was having a stroke. Turns out it was a hemiplegic headache--they mimic stroke like symptoms: numbness, tingling, paralysis, blurred vision, aura, etc. I had a CT Scan done and it came back clear but I was still diagnosed with hemiplegic headache. I doesn't necessary show up as anything on tests but it exists.

I facing the same thing for hair loss. I've been trying all kind of things but believe me stress is a tremendous factor. The migraines might be coming from what I stated above but hair loss is probably due to stress which explains the abnormal periods too. Don't underestimate stress--its a killer. Also, do you have PCOS? I have it and its is known cause period problems (over bleeding as well) and its been linked to hair loss too. I have that as well. I've been trying natural treatments for hair loss. Try out this shampoo that I've been using. It's called Pur'a Dor. Its been great so far. I'm also using all kinds of natural supplements to help too. Best of luck! I know the feeling :( And I'm 26 :) Chamomile tea will calm you a bit!
