Looking for some advise :)

Well I've had CFS since 2009 when it was apparently activated by a virus and I got really quite bad with it. After a month or 2 I was coping with the dissorder and haven't been too bad. When I say this I mean I'd managed to live a relatively normal life but not work.

I decided to try work again, starting some 3 weeks ago and I did manage 2 week with feeling absolutely exhausted after work yet managing to make the next day. Last Friday I seemed to take a turn for the worst and have really gone downhill, essentially feeling like I did back in 2009 :-(.

I saw a doctor Monday who said its most likely viral but I am sceptical. In essence I've been. Very weak, easily made out of breath, badly dizzy/lightheaded, tight chested, tight stomach, cold hands and feet, shivering (even when warm but not as much when warm), sweaty when warm and I'm sure I wheeze when I breath in dispute the doctor saying my chest was clear :(.

I haven't been able to get back to the doctors in person as I feel so dizzy and generally rubbish but have spoken to doctors 2 times over the phone who just tell me to rest.

There's my backstory, does this sounds 'normal' in the realms of CFS and really what can I do to improve on my general CFS health. I've struggled through for a couple of years and am keen to fight back :).

There is often hypothyroid involvement in CFS. Feeling too cold can be a symptom. it might be worth checking out. Also food allergies/sensitivities and chemical sensitivities are common among CFS sufferers. Allergies can cause wheezing without chest congestion and stomach issues so you might look into that. (I am sensitive to wheat.) CFS has a whole host of related complaints. Orthostatic intolerance, also common in CFS, might explain your dizziness. I have been dealing with this illness since the 1980's and I have realized that a lot of my symptoms are all a part of the syndrome. The good news is that they can go as suddenly as they come. The more I worry about my symptoms, the worse they get. I know I am not dying, I'm just dealing. I have had a great experience taking Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for my CFS symptoms. You might look into it for yourself. It took my pain and mental fog away and I had much more energy. It helped for years until just recently. For some reason my symptoms have come back full blown. Fortunately, I have never had to stop working (although sometimes I wish I could!) But check out LDN. It really has helped a lot of people. Good luck, dear!

hELLO, I been fatigued for years but could always get by, but the last 4months have been shocking . I,ve stopped playing all sport and only ust hanging on at work. Main problems fatigue.memory loss{people I,ve known for years I won,t have foggest what their name is},can't remember simple words in sentences when chatting,also go to the loo 10 times each night.I've got lots of other things going on as well. I,ve had every test in the book Slight low vit D thats it.
The saddest thing it,s not me that I worried about. My daughter is an a+ student with a photgraphic memory she has a voice to die for. She was a very high level singer at state level.That is all until 5 months ago. Now she stays in bed all day. The only school knowledge she retains was before she got sick. She has lost 15 kg in the past 5 months. She is 15 years old.The slightest thing makes her stressed. She no longer attends school and can;t go out in public with out being paranoid. If any body has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
She had all the tests her vit d was slightly low as well. Her ANF teswt was + but not high

my daughter and I are both being checked for POTS syndrome the symptoms seem very similar to yours If your heart beat is racing when you stand up you need to get it looked at . This thing makes you lie down all the time but you you never feel rested.
