Mmm... we could have a bespoke product for every forum. T-shirts saying, "CFS sufferers get tired of it...." and on the back, "whatever it is" - a la bumper stickers. "RA sufferers do it jointly....until they get stiff". "Crohnies...." no, let's not go there ! 
Personally, I advertise HW every chance I get, I'm forever handing out the HW address to people who would benefit from the information to be found here. I've even thought of making up cards, just to save me the bother of always writing out the details. But sadly Peter, I am unlikely to be importing a T-shirt anytime soon, I have a million (less dear to my heart) others to wear out first.
