when you are walking do you ever feel 'unblanced' and that your legs and lower back are so heavy they dont want to walk?????

(but they do keep walking...)

I get this quite regularly and it can be very frustrating as I feel im going to  colapse any second!!!  sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad

Yes, definitely. Sometimes it feels like my legs just don't want to work anymore and they feel very heavy, like they have cement blocks tied to them. When I feel like this stairs are almost impossible.

yes!!! thats exactly how I feel!!!!!!

I hate it!!! Its such a HORRIBLE feeling.. :(

I get this with my whole body when I'm lying down sometiems too.
My body just can't move cos it's so heavy! It's like everything but my mind has turned off and they're sleeping and HEAVY!

This has happened to me before, although very rarely. I used to get this feeling alot when I was iron deficient though. I still get it now and then, but I think its cause of the way I sit in my computer chair :P Plus, whenever I tie my shoes too tight, I get that sensation as well. I dislike it VERY much.

hmmm..sometimes I feel that the ground is sort of moving??? Now thats a weird sensation.... :(

I have also had that when I have been extremely fatigued. I never really know if it's due to the fatigue or to some of the meds I take. I notice sometimes when I am really tired and I take out dog out to go to the athroom and am standing still in the yard, the ground literally seems to be moving. It is a very weird sensation and I'm not sure why it happens.

yeah i get that too . really thought it was just me . you have saved my life . was ready to do myself in . nah , am only joking . but having this illness really gets to you sometimes . only had it for 6 weeks now and it is making my life hell . it is all stress related .  :-)
