Has anyone here had any problems with muscle twitches.  I am scared to death.  I am 26 years old and have been having these for over 6 months.  They are in different spots throughout my entire body.  Some days they are worse than others.  Today they have almost been like cramps about to start in my legs.  I'm so scared that its ms or ALS.  Please tell me someone has had this.

I get them all the time especially lately. Mine just twitch all over but they don't actually cramp up. I am not sure what is causing them but I am going to ask my rheumy next visit, if I get answers I'll post them..

You need to go and see a doctor to ease your mind, urgently. No one here is qualified to give a medical diagnosis and the best doctor alive couldnt give one over a message board.

Sounds like you two may have lyme disease.  I would reccomend seeing a LLMD.  That's a lyme literate medical doctor.  They are regular doctors of all different specialties but they are knowledgable of lyme and tick-borne diseases.  Post over in the lyme disease section on this forum or at lymnet.org or canlyme.com.

Hi, i am in the process of being investigated for CFS and i have had a twictching eye muscle for about 4 months almost constantly. I watched a videoe on youtube yesterday where a cfs sufferer talks about the disease and reads from a book all the possible symptoms, muscle twitches was one of them and she reported having it in her eye too. it reassured me quite a bit as i was worrying about MS type things too.

I had a twitching eye for a long time too. It must have lasted for 3 months, then stopped for a month, then began again and lasted for a few months again. I think that went on for about a year. I'd never had a twitching anything before that.

I haven't had it for a year now, but was strange.
