Hello For all those out there who are fighting weight gain on Seroquel. Of course I gained weight I found a way to lose weight on it. Yeah!!!! First I do lemon water when I first get up. half of a lemon and half bottle of water then wait 30 minutes before you drink coffee or drink your protein shake ingredients for shake= half a banna, half a cup of frozen berries, unsweeted vanilla almond milk, 2 tbs. of flaxseed and 2tbs of rice protein then put in blender. This really improved my energy.
next at least 3xs a week do half hour workout
then do the 5-2 diet. look it up on internet. lost 9lbs on this and been on it for a month
drink 5 to 6 bottles of water a day.
low carbs Sound like alot but I have tried and tried so many things. tried all these one at a time then added more and kept trying the 5-2 diet is what finally showed a differnce but still I recomend the rest. total weight loss since starting all of this is 19lbs Good Luck!!!
