HI

  i have been sent for mri because of my symptoms , have has cfs for 16 years, does anyone know if lesions show up in the brain of a cfs sufferer. Has anyone here had MRI ?.

I have had 4 MRI's becuase I was just dx with M.S. so the only reason you would have lesions on your brain would be from M.S. lets hope you don't have this disease. What symptoms do you have that your Dr wants to send you for an MRI? when is your Appt for the MRI? take care.

Fibromyaligia, dx Oct 2004 was recently told 12 years.
Chronic fatigue Syndrome dx 1995
Anxiety/Panic attacks dx 1990
M.S. dx June 29th 2005
Anemia dx Jan 2005
Depression..lets just say for  a while now.

Meds: Amitriptyline
Lorazepam
Celexa
Ferrous Glouconate
Ibuprofen 600mg
and soon to start on
Rebif or Avenox

HI ANNIE,
Saw nero in march and he decided to do MRI, symptoms are dizziness, numb fingers and toes, headaches, stiff legs which make it very painful to walk, etc. My friend has ms and i have very similar symptoms to her.
The nero didnt say he was looking for ms but what else could it be.
Had two MRI scans in 3 weeks no results yet.
