I know that I'm too anxious guys, but I had to give myself a Candida test. I was suppose to wait until the morning, but I couldn't. I will do it again in the morning and let you know if the results remain the same.

Anyway, my results prove that I have Candida...so far. I will do it the right way tomorrow, so that I will know for sure.

I'm still gonna get the adrenal test too.

Don't get too excited. I know what part you're at in your life right now, because I was there too. You're searching and searching for that answer, and taking all these tests is stressing your out more (believe it or not). If you do have adrenal fatigue, this isn't helping you.

I too did the candida test. I had the same thing happen to me. Long legs coming down from the top of the glass. I took candida cleanse for 6 weeks, and didn't feel any better.

I think I posted this in a different topic, but I have read a lot of studies that report people with CFS usually do have high levels of Candida. The best thing I have read to do for it is to take active acidophilus (sp?). You have to buy the really good stuff that has to be refridgerated and has a ton of active cultures - you can get it at a good health food store. There are several people on the lupus forum who swear by acidophilus pills and how it helps control candida and the the effects candida has on the body.

I know that candida causes the adrenals to weaken, so I still believe that I have adrenal exhaustion too. I just need to get that test.

Orion, you had candida overgrowth too? Are you still treating it?

I'm not sure if it was or not. I took the treatment for it for 6 weeks, and did the test again, and saw the same results, and felt no better. I'm not saying that it's not possible that you don't have this, I'm just saying you remind me of what I was doing. Try candida cleanse, and see if you feel better.

I forgot to mention that the candida test was the same. Which means that I have candia overgrowth...I guess. I'm not going to take anything for it yet, I will do the adrenal test first.

I did read that candida causes adrenal exhaustion too, so having candida means that I possibly have adrenal fatigue. That's why this test meant something to me. It's the first test that proved something to me.

Tru,

   it's worth a shot.  I've been to that website before and it look very promising for me, however looking back at my history, I'm sure that stress is my culprit.
