hello i am a 21 year old male from england. i have had chronic fatigue for over four years but have only really known about
for two years at the most. i do yoga everyday which really makes me feel better, i eat reasonably well and have fruit and vegetables everyday. i am also at university and can just about
handle it, but it is hard. i am always worried that i am making my symptoms worse without realising it because of my diet, but it is a demanding change to remove wheat completely, especially if it wont change anything.
can anybody please give me information on their own experiences, warning signs and treatments?
