Hi  Charteux,

I have some questions regarding the Drs you had mentioned. Would it be possible for me to email you diffectly and if not, that is ok. I called to make an appt with the PM Dr, and they are wanting clinical notes from the Dr who I am presently seeing if I call and have them faxed they will know I am looking for a new Dr. I know this sounds confusing. I told them I wanted to have just a consult but got nowhere. Oh Boy this is going to be more difficult than I thought... rolleyes   I am overwhelmed because my daughter is having health problems that I am trying to take care of, and the Dr I am seeing for PM called yesterday to reschedule the PP Trial.

I do not know for sure but I thought you could meet with Pain Drs and explain your situation and decide if you will be able to work together, I guess is what I am trying to say.

Sorry It took me awhile to answer you, I just had Rf procedure in
lower back and injections in knee, just done today. Having trouble sleeping
at the moments...
Do a Google search on Dr. Silverblatt, in Houston, TX. Make an appointment
with his Secretary (he's the PM Psychologist) and after you get in, ask him if
he could refer you out. He knows a lot of good doc's and bad doc's through the patients
he's seen. I think he can really hook you up with a doctor better than me.
The Mainland Pain Consultants have two Pain Management Doctor's. As for
clinicals notes, just take the ones from your PCP, and don't tell the Doctor your seeing
for now, until you commit to a switch and if they call you about the PP trial just says you
have a infection and are on antibotic's right now, a lil white lie won't hurt, especially if
your so unsure with that procedure.
We all care, and so sorry, I'm late in my response and hope my answer makes sense.

P.S. whatever you do, do not go to Dr. Doctor, he's injection crazy before running test
and he's in Downtown, Houston, just not a good doctor for anyone, he once tossed my file
across the room and really scared me....

Thankyou so much for getting back with me, your suggestions made complete sense and I'll do that.

I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad and you are in my prayers that this procedure will help you. When you are feeling better please post more about the test that was done on your back, I have never heard of that and am curious.

You are such a nice person and are always giving Hugs when people need them so Hugs to You and to a quick recovery,  Chartreux
