I was thinking the same thing about
the "trickle down" effects to percocet. And since you're dealing with the marketing end you could probably figure that if the generic oxy/apap gets hit hard, then docs will try to move to the percocet, but insurances won't pay for that and on and on and on and on.... just like the lyrics from Journey's song.
I did wonder why that one manufacturer was being allowed to make some. The God Purdue annointed them? Sorry for the sarcasm, but the pharmaceuticals and insurance companies always come out on top of all of this, don't they? I'd better not go off on a rant...
