venting, injured myself twice

I had a terrible day yesterday, actually the day was ok but I kept accidentally hurting myself. First I was putting things away and looking at what I was doing and forgot their was a broken picture frame with huge pieces of glass sticking out and stabbed my hand on the palm under the index finger, it'd really deep. Then just my luck, about an hour later, my big toe on my right foot started hurting and their was another big and deep cut on the tip on the big toe, and I have no idea how that happened, I was walking around bare foot outside, and the numbness I already feel on that toe probably masked whatever I did. I probably needed stitches on both of them, especially my hand, but I had no babysitter to go the Er and even though my son was gone for the weekend with his friend, my daughter is a hand full, she doesnt like being told what to do, and likes to touch everything like a 2 year old. Well since they dont do stitches after 6 hours after the cut happened, theirs no point on going to the doctor now. It's impossible to get in with the clinic I'm suppose to see a GP, and I have no patience for the ER, espicially since I hear it's packed right now nonstop cause everyone with a runny nose is there thinking they have swine flu. But it hurts so bad, and everytime I straigten my hand the cut reopens and hurts. And it's throbbing like crazy, and I keep bumping my toe into everything, which doesnt help. I guess the ER wont do stitches after so many hours because the edges start healing, and something about infection, cant remember, but my friend called the ER and that's what they said, I guess all they can do now is clean it, and I already did that, and put neosporin on it and took ibprofen, but it still hurts, it hurts so much I cant fall asleep. It's times like this when I wish medicaid wasnt so cheap and send me to a low fee clinic, they're horrible doctors with rude manners, and I never see the same doctor twice, and they love to cancel my appointment at the last minute, espicially if I'm complaining about any pain, they say that they dont do chronic or acute pain problems and migraines, which doesnt seem right to me, I can understand the chronic pain, but why the short-term acute pain problems. And they're always scheaduling 2 months out, even when I tell them I'm hurt or very sick, they always tell me to the go to the ER. And they wont see you for a problem if you went to the ER for it, even for followup. This clinic makes me so angry, they dont run right at all. The only doctors I see is the one that prescribes my subs and a neurologist, but they of course dont do stitches. Even though my suboxone doctor is a family doctor, he's not my family doctor, I pay him him to wean me off of narcotics and thats all. But I do see him this tuesday, maybe he can refer me someone, or maybe if I'm lucky he'll be nice and take a look at my hand, he is a very caring doctor. Well sorry for ranting on, I cant sleep and I'm hurting badly and injured which has made me a bad mood, I tried to talk to my friend/neighbor, but we got in a arguement over the movie "Monster's vs Aliens" 3D, cause she's convinced it's holographic, and I told her it's not, it's a new 3D process and this was the first movie to use it, but she thinks I'm stupid, it hurts my feelings, so I cant talk to her. The pain you are feeling in your cuts can be caused by a couple of things, Sweat, or dirt still in the cut and the best way to flush is under normal high speed water and to promote quicker healing they say to do the same thing, hold under fast running water, it washes out the infections and dirt.  If by opening back up you mean separates without bleeding then it could benifit greatly by this process, but if it starts bleeding it needs treatment because it is open blood the most dangerous thing ever to attract germs and bacteria.  Just watch it and if the skin starts changing colour around it seek that ER or if the pain starts traveling out of the immediate area like up your arm do the doc thing but you will be OK and I'm with you on the Monster Vs Aliens 3D thing.

The sun will rise again and tomorrow will be another day I know this because we get there ahead of the rest in Australia East coast

My medications are Salazopyrin 3000mg, plaquinal 100mg, morphine 40mg twice daily,coversyl 10mg, diaformin sr 3000mg, actrapid injection sliding scale + 6 units in morning, lantos solostar 16 units,epilum 400mg, omeprazol 20mg, amlodipine 5mg and panadien forte and tremadol 50mg when needed.
