PaLady, thank you so much on your offer. I think I will try the gel insole first, If that is not much help then I will let you know about th others. Thanks for responding. I do want to know if you have gotten the results of your scope and endo yet> Hope its all good news.
Modelmaker-yes, you described my posture to the letter lol. And yes, before I know it the neck and shoulders are slumped forward and the pain begins. This situation has really gotten to me. Oh yes, the pain is something when trying to upright my body, I know what you are saying. I literally stop dead in my tracks and try and get myself straightened back up. I love to walk and even tho its painful I refuse to give in on this ome. Walking is about the only form of exercise I get because of the pain pump it limits different motions with the body. I have done alot of water therapy in the past and I have begun again at home because of having a pool. I still remember the exercises so I am back at that.
We had a client that was fused as you were. He had many redo surgeries without success and then finally his ortho said here is what we can try and beyond this we are out of options. It literally made hs back a broom stick, but would you believe he had a great result. His pain level dropped to a minimal amount and you could see in his eyes how much better he felt afterwards. He said it was the best thing that ever happened to him. He was a fairly tall thin man as I remember and his dr said structure wise he was a great candidate.
Well, I am going to try and go nod off for a bit, thanks aain both of you...Susie
