I agree, movement is key to feeling better. I thought I was crazy because I couldn't understand how working my arse off someone made me feel better, you'd think it would be the total opposite, not so. I didn't do a lot today, just working to put this new house together, but I'm more tired than when I rearranged the garage, hauled huge boxes in an out, lifted furniture. I think I'm going to do long walks after we get the house done so I get into the bad habit of sitting around thinking to much and worrying about
the "ifs." I don't think I could do weights because any overhead work really bothers me. I can walk, though, and put a good pace to it too. I can break out the bike and ride, do yoga, there's a lot of choices.
I didn't get to call the doc today, I had four people show up at the new house to help me unload and organize, day slipped right by me, need to jump on it after I drop my kid off at school tomorrow. I just want to get this house thing over. It has been a huge project, so much construction work involved too, seems we're working on fumes as we near the end. :)
