Its very hard on you when the person who loves you, better or worse, remember those vows? Does not even try to understand what you are going thru? My own mother for years before she passed, was always telling me I was a hypocrontriac, (not sure of spelling of that word). Only when my sister (the oldest) looked at my MRIs and tryed to explain to my mother of the realness of my condition did she somewhat believe me.
No one wants to feel the way we do. I have said this before and I will continue, please walk in my shoes for 1 hour, you will feel differently. Of course that wont happen, have your husband read up on your conditions, read this posting, go to the doctor with you. I doubt this will help, its didnt with my mom, I mean the one person who is supposed to be on your side. But do no let that take you down with them. It took me many years, finally I no longer cared what she thought nor told her what was happening anymore.
You take your life back, only you have the power to do that, dont let them get you down, its already difficult enough dealing with everyday life.
Take care
