I'm sorry I've been absent for the past week +. My computer was taken over, again, by "something" and finally failed to execute the simplest commands I would give it. So..., for those who don't know me well... my husband is a computer programmer, adult grandson who lives with us is certified in computer hardware, and do you think I can get one of them to fix it??? I've gone from this sad to this mad in the past few days. And I'm rapidly changing to this little fella...lol devil . Got to thinking that both of them sure do enjoy having a hot supper each evening. idea I just might have the leverage I need to get that machine up and running.... smhair

Hope to be on regularly soon...using hubby's machine isn't the easiest thing I've ever done.

A home cooked meal goes a long way at my house, lol. I don't cook very often. I think you have some good leverage there. Hope its fixed soon. Susie

         Your name came up today, and Stray and I wondered where you had been. Computer problems...we all have them...but since we switched over to a iMac three years ago....no more problems to speak of...maybe a server problem or two...but computers have been flawless! We love them!

It's been awhile.... but it's good to see a post from you. I hope you are doing ok - other than trying to get your computer fixed, lol....

I know how it is - my husband's a general contractor - yet, we've got things here that NEED to be done! It's frustrating yeah

Sounds like one of your computer guru's need to get you some anti-virus. Been wondering where you've been!!

I agree it sounds like a computer virus...would be nice if you tell it to take it easy and rest up
for a few days and that would make it better...hahaha, but joking aside...hope your back up soon....
Could also be a "Windows" meltdown if your using Microsoft...Programers are good at programming
but not so much for computer fixes...don't call the geek squad teenagers might not help, if you have
a Store called "Fry's" maybe go there and ask them...If you need any computer componets "NewEgg"
is a good place to start looking....and if you wanna try to rebuild a rig go to "Overclockersforum"
They are the expert building community of building a new computer "barebones" from cases on up....
But I don't really think you need to build a new rig yet...
