I am having similar issues. I have found over the last few years that doing massage helps the best, but now I use it in conjunction with chiro and acupuncture. (My acupuncturist has used a TENS machine on me, which I love. I haven't been this loose in years!) I've also done some PT now and then to strengthen and learn what to do at home. It really is up to you. I am a big fan of having a large "medical staff" to help me out, so I have lots of people to ask questions and share their experiences.
