poss hernia

Im in Fl and I was feeling pretty good until I did something stupid.  I went to a local big name home improvement store down the street.  I pushed my cart into the garden area.  No emplouees around.  So I attempted to lift 2 bags of red mulch.  I am weak as a kitten and so out of shape.  I got the bags in the cart but then I started to hurt in my intestinal area.

 

I went home and looked myself over....no bulges   Just deep soreness right side intestinal area.  I know I should see a dr but I never went to any here in FL .  I am scared that it is a hernia and then I would need another operation.  I will see how I feel in 1 week and if no improvement then see a dr on Pine Island, FL.

Im sorry you got hurt thats no good. However, if can lift 2 bags of mulch into a cart then you are not weak as a kitten dear. We got about 10 bags of those before for our house before we left and theres no way I could have lifted those thiings!! I think your stronger than you think despite all your health conditions.

So even though you were able to carry such weight, you defo should NOT have as your body is telling you now. Please be careful, and please dont try that again <3...Hopefullly you will not have to go to the doc but if you do let us know how things go.
