Well, I feel terrible right now, it's 1 in the morning, I've been battling pain all day, and now I just emptied my poor little tummy... very unpleasant. This has been happening randomly for the last several months, and on inquiry to my back doctor, and the PMs that I had at the time, their response was, "well, the medications you're on can cause naucea from time to time." But that just didn't make sense to me, since it's just random, and until tonight, it hadn't happened in well over a month.
I think I may have finally figured out what's been upsetting my tummy, but it just seems, well, odd, and a little crazy, but it's the only other new thing I've added over the last several months, that I can possibly link it to. Now I'm petrified at trying out my theory, as I really do not like getting nauceated. Anyways, it just suddenly dawned on me, that every time I've gotten sick like that, I was drinking red crystal light. Up until the end of June or so, maybe July, I always drank straight water, other than my coffee in the morning, and maybe either a Diet Dr Pepper, or a Diet Pepsi, every couple days or so. I still drink the Diet dr pepper, and my diet pepsi, with no ill side effects, and I drink my morning cup of coffee, also with no ill side effects. But it seems as though every time I consume on of those red crystal light drinks, OH.. and the cranberry sierra mist that they had available over Christmas... My tummy gets beyond unhappy! I'm fine if I drink the regular, or the pink, or the rasberry lemonade, but if I go for the flavors cherry limeaid, or the pomegranet, or the fruit punch, OOOOYYYYY.
Any ideas? Anyone know of a common intolerance to one of the ingredients that I might be able to investigate? I just cant think of anything that might make someone sick, other than the artificial sweetener, in which case, I'd get sick every day. Either way, I'm staying away till further notice... my back cant take any more tummy troubles like that.
