Help me with My list of muscle relaxant medicine

I am about to do a list with medicins for muscle relax. This list will I give to My Doctor. I have to get license for them though I live i Sweden. What medicines do you think schould be listed? 5-10 medicines.
My symptoms:
Muscle tension all around in the body, most in stumac and pelvic that increase with physical and mental activity, it follows by stiching and a burning feeling but decreases when muscle tension decreases.
Until now meditation, valium and stretchig has helped me. My goal is to find a medicine that I can use regulary for My problems and one to use when its really bad. Thats why I need severel medicines to test so I know wich of them that will help me best. Its also important that it dousnt affect my prostate.

I would think that you could find a good list on the Internet.
Simply google search "muscle relaxer"

I'm not sure why you would have to bring in a list of meds to your Dr. as he/she should know the type of medications that would help you best and what are available in Sweden. If you have a Dr. who is clueless about meds/treatments and needs for you to just tell him what to prescribe then I would be running the other direction!

Most of our members are from the USA and Canada with a handful of other from various other countries and what is available here may not be available in Sweden or if it is may very likely go by a totally different name.

I agree with the first two posters. It seems strange you would need to bring in specific lists of medications to see if your doctor will prescribe them. If the doctor you are seeing is not knowledgeable about a medication as basic as a muscle relaxer then I too would find another doctor. If you are wanting more to ask about specific medications and have a list as a conversation starter then doing a search on the Internet would provide you with a lot more accurate information.

You best bet to get the right medication is to be as accurate as possible about your symptoms, what causes those symptoms to get worse and better and what your desires are as far as treatment outcomes go when you talk to the doctor and let him or her decide what to do and the best route to take.

The Doctors in Sweden dousnt know anything about medicines outside the country and in Sweden we dont have so many to try and I have been in contact with five different doctors now. I have to take My own responsibility thats My situation right now.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble finding a Dr. to help you. I'm still a bit confused when you say you want to find out about medicines "outside the country"? I wouldn't trust trying to buy meds online or trying to treat something on your own.

Sorry if I am misunderstanding.....

Do you have access to other social media where you can put out feelers for friends/family (and their friends and family...etc) to recommend a Dr. that you could see?

I need license from My Doctor in Sweden for those medicines I want to try. So I will study the medicines and talk about them with My Doctor off course and try to get a special license for them - totaly legal of course. :)
