We had nasty winds howling around yesterday, and lots of folks in the area lost power for over 8 hours.
(God we really need to get a generator,...it's tough that they're so expensive).
We had a number of trees and branches get blown down in our yard. I'm thankful none of the trees came crashing down on our house. Even some of the older, sturdy trees were bending.
It was tough to sleep Saturday and Sunday because the wind was encouraging the house to make random noises all over the place.
The snow has just left the yard today,...it's just a dusting now. (But still enough to track in, of course).
I was feeling not-too-shabby there for a bit, but this weekend felt rough. (Also Hubby was away overnight, back to pick more stuff up from our place in MA,...and I never sleep well when he's away). My sacrum and both SI's are feeling belligerent today. Thankfully my (new and wonderful) PT worked my emotional crankiness out of me...
I told him how I "walk" into the office for therapy, then I slowly "slither" out the door when he's done with me. I find I feel better mentally and physically when I'm exhausted (as strange as that sounds).
