Thanks for the updates .What is it you are able to do that you think shouldn't be allowed ? Also how are you feeling pain wise ?

Hello Land - fellow rider here. I am 21 days post op l5s1 microdiscectomy. I feel like I am where I am supposed to be.
I hope you are feeling better these days. We're you able to get back on the bike?
