Hi im new to this and in tryin to get some information,my partner has chronic pain and is awaitin an operation and has been offered the stimwave spinal stimulator,im just lookin to see has anyone had this operation done and what's its affects good or bad?? Id be grateful if anyone would like to help us thanks

Hi Tashal and welcome to HealingWell. Im not sure how many members we currently have with a stim but its a few for sure.

The best fact finding you can do is at the top of the pach is a forum search option and if you enter the criteria such a spinal stimulator you will find every post ever started here or any where the stimulator was discussed.

It will be a lot faster then waiting for responses. If you see something that you have questions about you can come back to this thread and ask and we will certainly try to help.

Keep checking here too as others will be stopping in with a welcome and offer what they have.

Hi I had the stimulator in place of my lower back. During the trail phase I had to have it readjusted and when my daughter was vacuuming ( I had it off at that time ) it went off by itself. That the was last draw....had it removed! It didn't give me any relief what so ever and the cost was out of this world and the co pay was over 2 thousand with my insurance. So if this is the same stimulator (neuro) check with the insurance first.
