Hi cinfullangel, First off I want to tell you, Please don't be sorry for posting here! You are not rambling!!! I know full well what you are going through and how you feel, the first time, it took them over three months to find out what was going on with my neck and I was not allowed to work or do anything!!! And I was in so much pain!!!! All I could do was just sit in the recliner! It was a terrible situation, but the only difference was I did not know what was wrong with me! Once they finally did the proper test and found out, they had to do the surgery right away! But the sitting and waiting and the pain,......well..... that was the most difficult part! or at least I think it was!
Anyway, it is alright to come here and vent, ( you have good reason to do so!) allot of us come here and do that, and this is definitely a good place to come for that because there are people here that understand and are supportive of your situation. It is not uncommon for people to talk about
their families and what they miss about
doing things with them. ( and can't because of their pain and what is going on with them) It is completely alright to talk about
that and share your thoughts and feelings, we have all done that here, more than once!
You know depression is kind of a partner to chronic pain, and most people that have chronic pain also suffer from some level of depression. So just know that your not alone in this cinfullangel, and we are all here for you and will listen and we understand! Your appointment should be coming up fairly soon shouldn't it? Hopefully your surgeon will be able to help you soon!
Were listening cinfullangel!
